Latest Update

Dear Supporter,

Due to the new Government restrictions that come into place from Thursday 5 November, we have made the decision to encourage the team to work from home where possible.  This means that the fundraising office based at Amersham Hospital will be closing at 5pm on Wednesday 4 November.  With the clear advice to stay at home we feel this is the best course of action to protect our team, the wider community and to help minimise the number of people entering the hospital site.

All of the Scannappeal team are able to carry out their work from home and we will all continue to raise funds to support our current public appeals, including the Bucks MRI Appeal, Cardiac Appeal and Best for Bucks Appeal during this difficult time.

With Christmas around the corner and all our events cancelled over this period, there are still ways to spread some festive cheer.  Please continue to support us by purchasing some Scannappeal Christmas cards, taking part in our Santa Sunday Event, or sending us your Christmas Wishes to be displayed on the tree at Wycombe hospital.  Now more than ever your help will ensure we can continue to support our local NHS hospitals over the coming months.

If you’re a Facebook or Twitter user, you’ll be able to get updates at facebook.com/scannappeal or twitter.com/scannappeal. We’ll also keep in touch with regular updates via email and on our website.

Lastly, it goes without saying, but please stay safe and well and we very much hope to open our doors again on 2 December.

Best Wishes,

Lisa Trivett
Scannappeal Director
