We were over joyed to recently receive a Special Award at the BHT One Team One Goal Awards. The award celebrated 35 years of service, dedication and commitment to funding vital medical equipment for Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and the local community. Scannappeal Director, Lisa Trivett, Head of Fundraising, Karen Shardlow, Scannappeal Trustee, Susie Weisz and some of Scannappeal’s amazing volunteers were delighted to accept the surprise award in person from BHT CEO, Neil Macdonald at the award ceremony.
Lisa said “we were delighted to win this very special award, especially as it comes in the year we are marking our 35th Anniversary. We are honoured to be recognised but the whole team including our Trustees and Volunteers, are privileged to fundraise for the Trust to ensure they have state of the art equipment to improve diagnosis and treatment for the local community in Bucks”.
