An entertaining talk delivered by local historian Gordon Rogers, whose previous talks include the popular Winston Churchill’s Toyshop.
Gordon’s latest talk will entertain guests with a collection of events where the great majority is likely to be novel to the attendee. Chosen topics are across the spectrum of utter bravery, incredible nerve, espionage, humour, deception, endurance, stupidity, survival and the macabre.
