Please arrive at Amersham Cricket Club for 10 am for the 5k registration and 11am of the 1k registration.

Two routes, two distances to appeal to the whole family whilst taking in the beautiful surroundings of Amersham Cricket Club and Shardeloes.

• Registration from 10am
• 5K starts at 11am
• 1k starts at 12.30pm

Fancy Dress: Scrubs (optional)

Each place includes entry into both the 5k and 1k runs and a Scrub Run Medal.
