Admission: £5 in advance from Scannappeal or £6 on the gate.

Description: The private gardens of Lord Carrington, designed by Robert Adam and set in the rolling Chiltern Hills. Beautiful walled and herbaceous gardens, famous Lyde water garden, memorial garden to Lady Carrington planted with roses, contemporary sculptures. Entertainment will be provided by St Mary’s Brass (Aylesbury) during the afternoon.

Directions: Situated off the B4009 (Chinnor Road) in the village of Bledlow (NOT Bledlow Ridge). From the B4009 turn into West Lane. Follow this road for approx ¾ mile. Turn left into Church End and go past the church on your left. Turn right at the T-junction and take the first right through the black iron railings.

Parking: Ample free car parking signed on the approach to the house, in the field on the left-hand side of the Manor.
