Join Amy, Head Gardener of Horatio’s Garden, Stoke Mandeville Hospital, as she shares her passion for all things bright and beautiful and her love of plants, trees, fungi and wildlife. Amy is a Kew-trained horticulturalist, having also worked for the National Trust and English Heritage. Horatio’s Garden opened in the grounds of Stoke Mandeville Hospital on the 9 September 2018. Joe Swift, BBC Gardeners’ World, designs were brought to life to become the stunning garden which is enjoyed today by National Spinal Injuries Centre (NSIC) patients and their families. There will be a Q&A at the end of the talk so you can be sure to gather the very best tips and advice for your own garden.
