Set in the Chiltern Hills near Great Missenden, Hampden House is a Grade 1 listed country house, surrounded by over 350 acres of historic parkland and woodland. A medieval Manor House at its core, Hampden House was extended and remodelled in the 16th century for a visit by Queen Elizabeth 1, and once again in the 1740s. The gardens, parkland and woodland overlie a medieval park with little alteration since the 18th century.

Visitors can expect elegant formal lawns and sweeping views across the valley. A fine example of a mid-18th century Icehouse can be found in the woodland. There is also the opportunity to explore the newly renovated medieval St. Mary Magdalene Church. Afternoon musical entertainment will be courtesy of Allsorts.

Tickets are £15 in advance and includes tea and cake. Please book your tickets below.
