A concert to mark the retirement of Richard Smith, Consultant Ophthalmologist, featuring the Vale Singers and Dr Kumar Panikkar (Piano) in aid of Scannappeal’s Bucks MRI Appeal.
The programme will include an eclectic mix of music from the 13th to the 20th centuries, serious and not-so-serious to make a case that music is not just for experts and that music is good for your health. There will also be an opportunity to bid to buy the piano which has been donated for the concert with all proceeds to Scannappeal.
Tickets £5 each in advance or £7.50 the door. Ticket includes canapes and soft drinks.
Doors open from 6.45pm, concert starts at 7.30pm and the event finishes at approx 9.30pm.
