Join us for an interesting evening as we hear directly from Doctor and Sunday Times Bestselling Author, Dr Amanda Brown. Amanda will take questions from local Councillor, Mimi Harker OBE who is a professional Radio and TV Presenter. There will also be an opportunity for Amanda to answer your questions after the interview.

Dr Amanda Brown has written three bestselling biographies providing insights into the world of a prison doctor in some of the UK’s most notorious prisons. She swapped her practice in Little Chalfont, for a series of consulting rooms in prison medical blocks, and has treated inmates in some of the UK’s most infamous prisons.

From the drug addicts who called her ‘the mother I never had’, miraculous pregnancies and dirty protests, to violent attacks on prisoners, she has witnessed it all. These are stories that are heart breaking, harrowing and heart warming. Amanda listened, prescribed, and did what she could. After all, she was their doctor.

Doors open at 6.30pm, for a 7.00pm start, ends approx at 8.30pm.

Tickets are £15 each including a welcome drink on arrival.
