Two trusted charities, one stronger future for Buckinghamshire.
Scannappeal and Buckinghamshire Healthcare Charity are uniting to create one stronger charity supporting healthcare across the county. By joining together our supporters, fundraising and expertise, we can raise more funds, support more projects and make a bigger difference for patients, staff and communities – while keeping people and local healthcare at the heart of everything we do.
Scannappeal has a proud history of bringing communities together to fund life-changing medical equipment and technology, while the Trust Charitable Funds has supported a wide range of projects that enhance care, wellbeing and experience across our hospitals. By combining our strengths, we will be stronger as one – more visible, more joined-up and better able to support awareness, provide technology and enhance experience, helping to create better care and better outcomes for everyone who relies on local healthcare.
Whilst you may notice references to Buckinghamshire Healthcare Charity as the legal name of the new combined charity, we will continue to use the name Scannappeal throughout our transition period. We will keep you updated as we move forward and share more information with you in the coming months.
